In order to hang your flush mount sign, you MUST choose one of the options below (based on what kind of shelving or store fixture you are attaching to)

Being 14" long, you may elect to use 2 sign holders right in the same spot on 2 different shelves, if the distance is 14" or less between each shelf - see the second picture as an example.
